Kathleen Beretsky, President
Kathleen has been a tax professional since 2001 with The Varrenti Company and various other firms, after receiving her bachelors degree in Economics with a minor in International Business from West Chester University.
Kathleen was elected President of The Varrenti Company in January 2007. Kathleen holds the license for the sale of Life and Health Insurance. She is a current member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Kathleen became Adam Varrenti, Jr's partner in Diversified Financial Group, a financial services firm, in 2007.
In her free time, Kathleen enjoys her volunteer work with the Animal Coalition of Delaware County, a non-profit 501(c)3 animal rescue group. In addition, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Jon and their dogs, Nina and Ziggy.
Adam Varrenti, Jr. CLU, ChFC
With over 37 years of financial service experience, Adam has built an extensive client base due to his no-nonsense approach of doing business.
Professional Experience: Tax Professional since 1971; Admitted to the International Association of Registered Financial Planners in 1986; Sole Proprietor of Diversified Financial Group since 1975, now partner of DFG with Kathleen.

Adam's extracurricular acitivites include traveling and spending time with his family. He enjoys following the Villanova Wildcats and Northwestern University Wildcats sports teams.
