News from the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of The Varrenti Company Incorporated

The Varrenti Company announced that Kathleen Pankoski was elected as President and Chief Operating Officer of the firm as of January 1, 2007. Kathleen, a member of the professional accounting and financial planning staff of The Varrenti Company, Inc., graduated from West Chester University in May 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in International Business. While attending West Chester University, Kathleen was a member of the intern team at The Varrenti Company, Inc. After graduation, she stayed on as a full time employee for 1 year. After 3 years as a staff accountant at various firms, she returned to The Varrenti Company, Inc. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and New York to sell life and health insurance and annuities. In addition, she recently received her Series 7 license, which allows her to sell stocks, bonds, mutual funds, variable life insurance and annuities, and other various securities.
